Cover Supervisors are vital to the overall learning and development of pupils at the school, tailoring their approach to optimise learning opportunities.

Person Specification - Graduate Secondary Cover Supervisor (CS) - Derby
The successful Cover Supervisor (CS) applicant will be a recent university graduate or current postgraduate student; hold strong literacy and numeracy skills; a specialist in English, Mathematics or a Science subject; be enthusiastic, proactive and engaging; be able to provide effective support to all children under direction of the subject teachers, including those with special educational needs; be approachable to all pupils and act as a behavioural role model.
Successful Applicants will be subject to references and an up to date DBS with update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS.

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor (CS) you will be supporting pupils in Key Stage 3, 4 and 5, fostering a love of learning.
