We are seeking an inspirational and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join a two form entry primary school located in Dudley The learning Support Assistant will be passionate about teaching and learning in the Primary environment as well as committed to helping every child to achieve their potential.

The role of Learning Support Assistant will suit someone with previous experience working in a primary school setting, although we will also consider those with no formal teaching experience who may be considering a career in education.

The learning Support Assistant position will include; supporting the class teacher within curriculum lessons, reading support, helping to develop pupils' academic skills in small group interventions, and organising teaching resources.

The pupils at the school come from a wide variety of ethnic backgrounds and the school celebrate this.
