Celsian Education are working with a Solihull Secondary Academy to appoint an Attendance Officer to work towards and promote excellent attendance and further reduce levels of absence so that all students achieve their full potential. The post is for term time weekdays only plus the school training days-37 hours per week.

Pay: £95 - £120 per day depending on experience

The post holder will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to promote whole school attendance strategies. Experience within a school attendance role is advantageous but not essential however you will need to have a background working in schools and be at least degree qualified.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate with children and adults at all levels, both verbally and in writing. They must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. It is vital they are able to prioritise their workload whilst working under pressure and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
