You'll have a strong ability to build relationships and provide a consultative approach to delivering a first-class end-to-end recruitment service to our hiring managers and candidates alike.

By using a combination of channels including social media, job boards, headhunting, career events and University liaison you'll be able to attract and recruit the necessary quality and quantity of exceptional talent required to fulfil the temporary staffing needs of our clients. One of the key responsibilities of the Primary Consultant will be to maintain this existing reputation whilst adding value and impeccable service to the Schools we work alongside. The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing and have experience working in the Education Sector, preferably with a proven sales track record but this is not essential. What is essential, however, is an ability to work hard, maintain professionalism at all times and work in a collaborative way within the Celsian Education family.

Our Children and Young People Guarantee gives schools and education settings the peace of mind to know that the staff they receive from us will only be of the highest calibre.
