SEN LSA | Leicestershire | Autumn Term

At Celsian Education our dedicated team is currently looking for Learning Support Assistants to work within special needs in Leicestershire.

In this sector we are looking for LSAs who can work short-term and long-term placements at SEN schools in Leicester and Leicestershire.

We are particularly looking to recruit those with the experience and knowledge of working with children and young people who are on the autistic spectrum (ASD), have learning difficulties and/or have challenging behavioural issues (SEMH).

In this post you will be assisting young people, with special educational needs, with their learning; and will gain an understanding of their personal preferences, catering to their unique needs.

We recognise that working in these settings can be challenging, but it is also extremely rewarding. We are therefore looking for candidates with a passion for working in this sector, and who also have the ability to inspire students to develop and learn.

Relevant SEN qualifications will be advantageous but not essential, as outstanding candidates with hands-on experience will also be considered.

In return for your hard work and commitment we offer:

  • Competitive rates of pay
  • Opportunities to attend training courses
  • Work placements in a variety of schools
  • Flexibility and change to your weekly work schedule
  • Potential for permanent positions

If you are interested in this role, apply today!

We look forward to hearing from you!
