KS1 Teacher | Northwest Leicestershire | Spring Term

Celsian Education is working in partnership with a village Primary School in Northwest Leicestershire, which requires a Key Stage 1 teacher to teach from January, on a full-time basis.

If you are a Primary Teacher who has past experience teaching KS1 - or an NQT with Lower Primary Specialism - and are looking for new position for the New Year, this may be the role for you.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in teaching Years 1 and 2, and a knowledge of KS1 specialist areas such as:

  • Phonics Experience
  • Speech & Language/Communication Skills
  • Literacy & Numeracy - Early Intervention

Whether you are Teacher with many years' experience, or an NQT, looking for your first full-time role, we would love to hear from you.

For this position, we require you to have:

  • A good knowledge of teaching KS1
  • A recognised teaching qualification (with UK QTS)
  • A passion for teasing young people
  • The ability to quickly engage with pupils
